Return and cancellation policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZOLUT. If for some reason this is not the case, please read our return and cancellation policy below.


If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to issue a refund or replace a new, unopened item purchased in our online store.
To return an order, please have the order number on your email order confirmation ready and then contact our customer service by email at or send us a message here.


All orders placed through our online store can only be canceled before being sent to the warehouse for fulfillment. After this period, your order may have already been processed and shipped. In most cases we can cancel any order or any specific item within 4 hours of placing the order.
Please note that your order is processed as efficiently as possible and may not be able to be canceled if the product is ready to be shipped.
